Working at the intersection of Homelessness and Mental Health

Frontline homelessness services are often supporting people experiencing significant mental health challenges, yet connecting clients with appropriate mental health care can be difficult. Barriers can include limited service availability, eligibility requirements, long wait times and gaps between the homelessness, health and community service systems.

This member-requested webinar will bring together health specialists and homelessness services to explore the intersection between homelessness and mental health, and the challenges frontline workers face in supporting people to access the care they need.

The session will include presentations from health specialists, followed by a facilitated discussion with participants.
