Northern Rivers Housing is a well-respected not-for-profit organisation that manages quality, long term and affordable housing. As a Tier One Community Housing Provider (CHP), they are fair, transparent and responsive in delivering assistance to their tenants, residents and all other clients. Their vision is to be a leading provider of innovative housing services.

Oasis Youth Support Network provides 24-hour emergency accommodation for 13 young people each night aged 16 – 21 years.
Orana Support Service is the Specialist Homeless Service in Dubbo, Wellington and Narromine. Supporting adults and families and children who are experiencing, or are at risk of, homelessness, their role is to work with clients to help them secure permanent long term accommodation, assisting with transport to and from private rental inspections and offering support with completing private rental applications. They work closely with local real estates and housing providers.
Orange Local Aboriginal Land Council operates under the Aboriginal Land Rights Act(1984). They provide support and services to Aboriginal people within the Orange LALC boundary, delivering the Supported Homelessness Program for adults and families within the Bathurst and Oberon LGAs.

We deliver the Supported Homelessness program for Adults & Families within Bathurst and Oberon LGA’s We also deliver the NSW Aboriginal Ability Links program throughout Western NSW. This program provides support for Aboriginal people aged between 0 and 64 who have a disability to ‘Live the life they wish to Live’ We have a regeneration team who deliver on ground works to rehabilitate the country.
Our Lady of the Way offers supported crisis accommodation services for single women aged over 50 years who are escaping family and domestic violence.
Pathfinders is an organisation at the forefront of providing advocacy, support and services for disadvantaged communities. they have operated in the North-West and Northern Tablelands regions of NSW for over 30 years and have recently expanded their reach to the Mid North Coast. Their focus is on addressing the complex challenges and issues within the social care landscape. They facilitate foster care, out-of-home care, homelessness services, family referral services and supported independent living for young people.
Penrith City Council is responsible for a 404km2 area in Western Sydney. Like all NSW councils, we operate within a legislative framework set by the State Government and are guided by our community through a Community Strategic Plan. Decisions are made by 15 Councillors who are elected by the public every 4 years. Councillors make decisions on all key matters at Council meetings.
