We are very pleased to announce our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan. This plan formalises our commitment to reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torris Straight Islander peoples and sets the direction for our journey over the next 12 months. We would like to acknowledge Reconciliation Australia for their work on reconciliation and the support they have provided.
Ending homelessness — making it rare, brief, and non-recurring — is at the heart of what we do. But we know that real progress is only possible when it is built on justice and equity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities remain disproportionately affected by homelessness, a direct result of colonisation, dispossession, and ongoing systemic inequity. We are committed to addressing these injustices and ensuring that solutions are led by, and designed with, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
Our Reflect RAP marks an important step toward deeper organisational transformation. It reflects our core values of social justice and human rights for all. This RAP is more than a document — it is a call to action. Through strong partnerships, open dialogue, and a shared commitment to housing justice, we will work alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to ensure that all people have access to safe, suitable, and affordable homes.
