All DCJ funded SHS Services will use the Client Information Management System (CIMS) for their records around clients and for reporting to DCJ. There are two CIMS online modules for services:
CIMS Client Files and Case Management
This program is for client service staff and is an interactive flow chart with elearning films that enables you to complete all the program or enter where you need more information. It covers all areas for recording client service including initial assessment, records, consent to closing support period.
CIMS Reporting and Manager Functions
This program is for managers and covers case management functions, normal user functions, manager functions and manager reporting functions.
