We are seeking your input and feedback through our Homelessness NSW Annual Survey we are accepting multiple responses per organisation so please share widely.

This is a quick survey to help us to:

• Understand more about our members and partners priorities and challenges over the next 12 months
• Get your feedback on how we can improve at Homelessness NSW
• Seek your input on our proposed advocacy platform in the lead-up to the NSW election
• Confirm how you would like to be involved with us and how we should interact with you over the next 12 months

The survey should take about 7 minutes to complete. Individual responses will be kept confidential.

The survey is open until Tuesday 20^th September
