This short survey has been designed to gather the experiences and needs of our dedicated workforce so we can make sure we’re developing resources and support systems that prioritise SHS worker wellbeing.

Why should I participate?

⭐ Help us measure the health and wellbeing of our valued service workers and identify areas of improvement
⭐ Strengthening the wellbeing of our workforce leads to more positive outcomes for the people we support

⭐ Help us understand what’s hindering our workforce when it comes to their wellness

When you complete the survey, you’ll receive a personalised report and wellbeing plan, while leaders will receive an organisation-wide report with resources to support their staff.
