Five new ways you can join us as a Homelessness NSW member

We’re excited to announce the launch of several new ways that you can become a member of Homelessness NSW and show your support for our vision of a NSW where everyone has a safe, secure home. 

Whether you’re an existing Homelessness NSW member and it’s time to renew your membership, or if you’re a valued supporter who’s been considering becoming a member with us – now is the time to join our fight! 

There are now five options that both individuals and organisations can choose from to be part of our transformative movement to make homelessness rare, brief and non-recurring in NSW.

You can now join us as a member in one of five ways: 

  • Homelessness NSW Partner 
  • Changemaker 
  • Sector Hero 
  • Ally 
  • Aboriginal Community-Controlled Organisation (ACCO)

They all come with a variety of different inclusions; however, they all mean you’re playing an important role in the fight to end homelessness in our state.

Why join us as a member? 

Our members can and have made a difference, with some of our wins including temporary accommodation reforms, securing more government investment in the sector, stronger services, and lifting the voices of those with lived experience. Becoming a member ensures you’ll be heard by those who can influence change.

Depending on your membership level, joining Homelessness NSW as a member comes with a range of benefits, including:

Homelessness NSW Strategy 2023-2028

Over the next five years we will focus on building the capabilities of people and capacity of systems to end homelessness. We recognise the urgency and complexity of this issue and must leverage all available resources and collective efforts. We commit to working closely with homelessness services, communities, businesses, people with lived experience and governments. Through aligned action we aim to achieve a future where homelessness is rare, brief and nonrecurring.
