New Horizons provides a range of different wellbeing services to vulnerable and disadvantaged communities in NSW.
Molonglo Support Services is committed to delivering responsive services that align with its mission to support people experiencing difficulties due to homelessness, domestic violence, poverty and discrimination.
Momentum is a community collective creating real social change and inclusive opportunities. They help people get a roof, a job, live a better life and engage with the community.
This service is an early intervention service for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the Snowy-Monaro Regional Council local government area. It provides assistance with information and referrals; domestic violence support; financial support; education and advocacy; and work development orders and programs.
Murra Mia Aboriginal Corporation is a community based organisation located in Batemans Bay and are exploring business growth opportunities related to homelessness for the Eurobodalla and Bega Valley Shires. We are interested in broadening our support networks and increasing our involvement with a peak agency to end homelessness and sustain tenancies across NSW.
Short term crisis accommodation and transitional housing provided to vulnerable people, those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, women experiencing domestic and family violence, young people leaving care, and people with mental health issues living in unsafe conditions.
The Narrabri Homelessness Support Services (NHSS) provides services to those who are suffering with the effects of being homeless and provide crisis accommodation to women and children affected by domestic violence. We offer ongoing support and assistance in a neutral and non judgmental environment.
The NSW Council of Social Service (NCOSS) works with and for people experiencing poverty and disadvantage, and those organisations that support them, to achieve positive change in NSW.
The Centre provides community support services to the local community and in particular to disadvantaged groups such as the aged, people at risk of homelessness, people with mental illness, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and people on low incomes.
Our mission is to establish and operate a hostel to provide crisis accommodation for women and their dependent children escaping domestic violence. The hostel will be called Mary’s House.
