Sisters in Law Project

The Sisters in Law Project is a project-based advocacy team looking to drive reform and create better legal support services for women having to navigate our legal systems. In particular, they seek to address the mismanagement of abuse in the legal setting that impacts the lives of women and their children. The scope includes Family Court jurisdiction, state courts, police, and supports services. At present, their focus is harmonising the NSW state welfare processes with the Family Court processes.

Social Futures

Social Futures create positive social change in regional Australia, working directly with individuals, families, communities, organisations and governments across our focus areas of homelessness and housing, youth and family, community inclusivity and programs that promote genuine participation for people with disability.

Soul Cafe

Soul Cafe provides hundreds of free meals per week to highly disadvantaged members of our community, many of whom are homeless, have a mental illness, substance abuse issue or live in poverty.

South Eastern Sydney Local Health District

South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (ADAHPS) provides free support to HIV+ people living in New South Wales who have, or suspect they have, cognitive impairment and related complex health issues caused by HIV.

Southern Youth And Family Services

Southern Youth and Family Services is an organisation that has the main purpose of supporting and caring for vulnerable, disadvantaged and homeless young people (ages12-24 years) or those at risk of disadvantage and homelessness.

St Benedict’s Community Centre

St Benedict's Community Centre is a co-operative Initiative of Christian Churches in Queanbeyan. St. Benedict's assists guests to obtain appropriate housing, and provides meals, advocacy and practical support. St Benedict's also seeks to provide emotional, physical and spiritual support.

St John of God Social Outreach

As a part of St John of God Health Care, they have a commitment to providing care and relief for people experience disadvantage throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region, particularly in areas where we have identified gaps in current service provisions. They provide support through our Social Outreach programs. In their local community, we operate Casa Venegas, an outreach service people with enduring mental health problems who are experiencing homelessness, as well as partnering with Waminda to support Aboriginal women.

St Vincent de Paul Society NSW

The St Vincent de Paul Society in Australia has more than 60,000 members and volunteers, who work hard to assist people in need and combat social injustice across Australia. Internationally, the Society operates in 153 countries and has over 800,000 members.

Street Side Medics

Street Side Medics strives to alleviate the burdens faced by the homeless community of NSW in accessing primary healthcare.

SVDP NSW – Edel Quinn Support Services

Edel Quinn provides crisis accommodation and case management services primarily for men who are experiencing homelessness in the Wagga Wagga region. They do this through a residential program and an outreach support program.
