The Sunrise Foundation

Sunrise Foundation Limited is one the nation's largest owners of special purpose properties made available to disadvantaged Australians - be they domestic violence, disabled, elderly and those who are simply facing hard times and hence homeless. Sunrise Foundation Limited provides financial support to other not-for-profits who service some of these vulnerable areas exclusively , as well as housing. It provides housing with heart!

Tumut Regional Family Services Inc.

To address homelessness situations, Tumut offer crisis accommodation for women over the age of 18 - both with and without children. They can also provide medium term supported housing, case management domestic and family violence support advocacy and living skills training.

Tweed Ngambangan Dubays Aboriginal Corporation

The Tweed Ngambangan Dubays Aboriginal Corporation is a relatively new Aboriginal Corporation who are passionate about supporting our people with homelessness and other issues relating to homelessness. They understand that being a member of Homelessness NSW will provide them with opportunities to be proactive in the ongoing push to improve services pertaining to the mob.

United for Care Foundation

United for Care Foundation offers next-generation Vertical Villages where quality care meets independence, empowering people to live the life they want through their unique approach to Supported Independent Living.

Uniting Care Ageing

Uniting Care Ageing is responsible for the social justice, community services and chaplaincy work of the Uniting Church in NSW and the ACT, providing care and support for people through all ages and stages of life and with a focus on people experiencing disadvantage and vulnerability. Their purpose is to inspire people, enliven communities and confront injustice.

Uniting Doorways Specialist Homelessness Service

The Uniting Doorways SHS is a free service for men with families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and are living or seek to live in the Macarthur area. The service offers support in finding accommodation, accessing other health, family, financial, employment and community services, with caseworker assistance to work through issues towards a positive future.

Veritas House

Veritas House is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation and a registered charity that provides a range of flexible services to children, young people, families and Foster Carers.

Vincentian House

Vincentian House is a crisis accommodation and case management service for families and women. Crisis accommodation is provided onsite and is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are funded by Family and Community Services, Specialist Homeless Services and the St Vincent De Paul Society NSW. Vincentian House is part of St Vincent De Paul Society NSW Support Services.

Way2Home

Way2Home works in partnership with health services, general practitioners and other community services to address the needs of people with complex health needs and long histories of sleeping rough. This service works with people with complex needs who are sleeping rough. Outreach workers directly engage with people on the streets offering assistance and case management. The service has a housing first approach, which focuses on helping clients access and sustain long-term supported housing solutions. Neami Way2Home is a partnership between Neami National, the NSW Government, the City of Sydney.

Ways Youth and Family

WAYS Youth & Family is a community based non-government organisation whose mission is to work with young people aged 8-24 years and their families to create successful and meaningful pathways to the future. This is achieved through a “one stop shop” integrated model of service delivery providing innovative and comprehensive services, specialist staff, programs specifically designed to meaningfully assist young people and their families achieve a range of positive outcomes, fun and varied activities and practical assistance.
