In collaborating with NSW Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS), The Industry Partnership has developed a range of Good Practice Guidelines to assist with helping achieve best outcomes for organisation and clients.
These guidelines provide a framework to support the delivery of high quality, consistent responses to victim-survivors across the domestic and family violence sector in NSW. They also provide tools to assist sector workers in providing high quality services and guidelines for service development, planning, and quality assurance.
These guidelines support clients to access and participate in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). It provides advice on how to work with agencies and services involved in delivering NDIS and with clients that require NDIS access and participation.
These guidelines were developed to provide consistency in practice and inform policies and procedures for all SHS providers working with and supporting unaccompanied children 12 – 15 years.
These guidelines provide SHS providers with the necessary tools and resources to deliver effective assertive outreach responses and address gaps in service provision to assist people to exit homelessness.
This guide is for all homelessness and housing services across working with clients who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, and queer or questioning (LGBTIQ+). It was developed by our friends at LGBTIQ+ Housing and Homelessness Projects, Melbourne University.
